Today, one of our team received a very special surprise from a customer - a beautiful bunch of flowers and a heartfelt thank you for going above and beyond to help.

We can’t share the details, but we can celebrate the kindness behind the gesture.

It was a lovely reminder that great service and genuine care can make a real difference, and that we’re pretty lucky to have community members who take the time to say thank you.
