Through the Government’s Waste Levy (a charge applied to wastes put in landfills), Ōtorohanaga District Council are able to provide a series of Community Events throughout 2025 to share knowledge from recycling and sustainability experts, help you save items from landfill and offer opportunities to learn new skills. These are funded via the Waste Levy, not from property rates. Any questions please contact us.
