NOTICE is hereby given that the Ōtorohanga District Licensing Committee will hold a public hearing to consider the proceedings listed below. Each matter will be called at the time and date specified.

Date:   Friday 25th July 2025
Time:  1.30pm

Place: Ōtorohanga District Council Chambers, 17 Maniapoto Street, Ōtorohanga 3900

Application: 20/CERT/3223/2024 | 018-0565

Application by Navdeep Singh Khangura for a Manager’s Certificate.

The date and timings detailed in this notice may be subject to change and will be confirmed if that is the case.

Any person who claims an interest in these proceedings must:

• Confirm their attendance with the undersigned.

• Confirm if they intend to make submissions or give evidence at the hearing.

• All briefs of evidence and any other documentary material that they seek to introduce into evidence must be emailed by 5.00pm, 27th June 2025.

The reports of any party appearing, including reports by the Police, will be made public at this hearing.
If such persons do not then appear in person or by counsel, the matter may be heard and determined in their absence.
