WAITOMO BUILDING INSPECTIONS AND CONSENT ENQUIRIES

Waitomo District Council continues to manage all building consent and inspection services for properties within the Waitomo District. 

Ōtorohanga District Council has recently received a number of enquiries about Waitomo properties regarding inspections and building-related matters. 

To ensure enquiries are handled as quickly as possible, all Waitomo building consent enquiries and inspection bookings should be directed to Waitomo District Council. 

Building inspections are continuing to be delivered, and there has been minimal interruption or delay to requests received to date. 

Applicants, builders and designers are encouraged to maintain regular contact with the Waitomo building team, particularly regarding inspections. All inspections must continue to be booked through Waitomo District Council using the usual process.
