PLANNED BUILDING MAINTENANCE - EXTERIOR REPAINT STARTING THIS WEEK
You may notice scaffolding going up around our building as we begin a scheduled exterior repaint this week.
You may notice scaffolding going up around our building as we begin a scheduled exterior repaint this week.
This work is part of our long-term maintenance programme. This is not a cosmetic “nice to have” - regular repainting protects the building materials, prevents weather damage and helps us avoid far more costly repairs in the future. Looking after public assets properly is one of the ways we protect ratepayer investment.
Our contractor, Flowing FX Decorating, will complete the work in stages:
- Maniapoto Street frontage
- Courtyard
- Wahanui Crescent frontage
- Cowley Lane
- Butchers alleyway
There will be no areas closed during normal business hours and services will continue as usual.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch with us 0800 734 000.
Thank you for your understanding as we carry out this important maintenance work.
