Are you part of a club, group, or organisation that’s an incorporated society, or one that’s let their status lapse and wants to get back on the register?
An incorporated society is a formal legal structure that allows community groups, clubs, or organisations to operate with their own rules, manage finances, and enter contracts. Examples in New Zealand include sports clubs, cultural groups, hobby clubs, and community organisations like theatre societies or volunteer groups.
Come along to our free Incorporated Societies Workshop, where we’ll share key information, resources, and guidance to help your group stay compliant and continue thriving.
This is a great opportunity to:
- Learn about the requirements for incorporated societies
- Find out what’s changing and what it means for your group
- Ask questions and get practical support
