When you call us outside normal office hours, your call is answered by the Palmerston North City Council contact centre. They’re part of our extended team, and they also take after-hours calls for multiple other councils around New Zealand.

This centralised service helps us keep costs down while still making sure urgent issues are dealt with promptly. So whether it’s 3pm or 3am, we’re here for you.
