Healthy homes for kiwis

As you may know, 40% of New Zealand homes are damp and mouldy. The NZ Green Building Council is a not for profit with a vision of healthy warm homes for New Zealanders. Working with the sector a free online tool was created where Kiwis can check if their house is healthy and warm. They don’t need to do anything like register or pay or anything else. They can just click on www.homefit.org.nz/, answer some questions on the house (depth of insulation, if it has extractor fans, etc) then they receive an impartial report on how to improve. The checks and advice is independent and robust. It aligns with the healthy homes standard.
