Aotearoa Road - from the One lane bridge (by the Aotearoa Pa) for 1.3km north, will have road rehabilitation work starting from 11th November 2024 scheduled for four weeks (weather dependant).
Works will be undertaken using a Stop / Go operation where vehicles could be delayed up to 30mins.
An alternative route is to use Kahorekau Road / Waipapa Road / Aotearoa Road.
We have made contact with the local school and will look to work with bus routes.
