WATERMAIN WORKS – MAIN NORTH ROAD
Council is currently carrying out a watermain replacement along Main North Road, Ōtorohanga.

Council is currently carrying out a watermain replacement along Main North Road, Ōtorohanga.
Our contractor, OPS (Offshore Plumbing Services), will shortly begin livening the new watermain installed on the left-hand side of Main North Road, from Trio’s Main Road Dairy through to Thomson Avenue (31–99 Main North Road).
This work will take place over the coming week. Properties on the left-hand side of the road may experience a temporary water shut-off of up to 30 minutes while testing is completed and properties are connected to the new line.
If your property is affected, the contractor will leave a letter in your mailbox and will also knock on your door to let you know when they are ready to connect your property.
If you have any concerns, or if a water shut-off would be particularly difficult for you (especially for health reasons), please contact Jeremy Cottam at OPS on 021 435 874.
