Personal information provided to Ōtorohanga District Council may be held, used and disclosed by Council in the following ways:

  • to enable Council to communicate with you for Council purposes

This includes the release of consenting documentation online for public access, such as a Building Consent which is public information under the Building Act 2004 and the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
