ANZAC DAY LONG WEEKEND HOURS: RUBBISH, RECYCLING, LIBRARY AND POOL COMPLEX
COUNCIL HOURS: Council is closed on ANZAC Day, Monday 27 April, as our community honours those who have served our country. We reopen on Tuesday 28 April. Kerbside rubbish and recycling collections continue as usual: Kāwhia Monday 27 April and Ōtorohanga Wednesday 29 April. Over the long weekend, for non-urgent queries please visit our website, www.otodc.govt.nz. If your query is urgent, please phone 0800 734 000 (24 hours) or 07 873 4000 (24 hours) and hold for an operator.
RECYCLING CENTRES: Ōtorohanga Recycling Centre: Sat 25 April: open 10am - 4pm. Sun 26 April: 10am - 4pm, Mon 27 April: closed. Kāwhia Recycling Centre: Sat 25 April: open 12pm - 3pm. Sun 26 April: 12pm – 3pm. Mon 27 April: closed as usual.
