Alcohol Control Bylaw 2023

Purpose of the Alcohol Control Bylaw 2023:

• to control alcohol that is brought into public places
• to monitor the possession and consumption of alcohol in public places

Main provisions of the bylaw:

• Restriction of consumption, possession, and alcohol being brought into public places
• The possession and usage of vehicles related to possession or consumption of alcohol
• Offences related to consumption, possession or bringing in of alcohol under the bylaw
