Land Information Memorandum dates

If you require a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) report before Christmas, your completed application form and payment must reach Ōtorohanga District Council no later than;

12 noon on Wednesday, 7 December 2022 (standard 10-working days) and;

12 noon on Wednesday, 14 December 2022 (urgent 5-working days).

 

LIM Applications submitted after Tuesday, 20 December 2022 will not be processed until Tuesday, 10 January 2023.

 

In accordance with the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act non-working days are the period commencing with 20 December in any year and ending with 10 January the following year.
