Kāwhia Hall

Kāwhia Hall is located at 141 Jervois Street, Kāwhia.

This hall is available for bookings, the process for doing so can be found below -

1. Fill out the application form - Kāwhia Hall Booking Application [PDF 592 KB] 
2. Email the form through to our Customer Experience team at [email protected]
3. Council staff will confirm with you if the time/date requested is available.
4. At the time of confirmation, Council staff will provide you with the relevant fees, security information and terms and conditions of the booking.
5. Bookings will remain as "tentative" until the fees and bond have been paid, or an invoice has been sent.
6. Once paid, Council staff will contact you to arrange a suitable time for providing the keys or access to the hall. 
7. After  your booking, Council staff will check the hall to make sure it has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
