We’ve arranged drop-in sessions right across the District (see the schedule below).
These aren’t formal meetings, just an opportunity to drop-in anytime during the session and talk to us about what you’d like to see for the future, the things you’d like the Council to be doing (or not doing), and any concerns or issues you want to share.
Buzz in for a cuppa and chat!

Feedback Forms
If you can’t make one of the drop-in sessions, there’s still a way to have your thoughts and ideas considered. Use the online feedback form (available shortly).
We know some people still prefer filling in a hard-copy form. These are available from the Council offices in Ōtorohanga and libraries in Ōtorohanga and Kāwhia. Completed forms can be dropped off at the Council offices or Libraries, or scanned and emailed to [email protected], or posted to Ōtorohanga District Council, PO Box 11, Ōtorohanga 3940.
We’ll be accepting feedback until 14 August 2020.
