Proposed Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy

Ōtorohanga District Council needs to review its policy for Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings and as part of this process we need your feedback.

The policy will outline the approach and measures that Council will take in the event a building becomes either dangerous or insanitary in terms of the Building Act 2004.
