Proposed Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy

Ōtorohanga District Council reviewed its policy for Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings on 8 December 2022.

The policy outlined the approach and measures that Council will take in the event a building becomes either dangerous or insanitary in terms of the Building Act 2004.
