Mayor Dale has new fans in Aotea Beach

This is a public note to the residents and visitors of Aotea Beach.
Last week we had a visit from Otorohanga mayor Dale Williams, who called out to follow up with us as to how our situation regarding the dust was being handled.
It looks like before Christmas 2006, we will have a sealed road, that's excellent Mr Mayor, great job.
He did an even better job of the signage situation. We asked him when he called in if he could look into signs saying DUST, SLOW DOWN. He got out his pad and jotted down a reminder for himself.
Later, while we were driving him around Aotea, we came upon a worker putting up signs, what was written on the signs, we asked. DUST, SLOW DOWN He said.
We had to ask ourselves, mayor Dale... miracle worker ?
