Snow also works full time at Kinleith in TokoroaPreviously, I have been employed in retail, hospitality, advertising and education sectors throughout the greater Waikato region.

My interests are family, friends, my dog and travel.

I was heartened by the votes I received in the October 2007 Community Board elections and feel very optimistic about Kawhia’s future.

There is a positive energy in town and I would like to be part of it.

If you have confidence in me please give my name a tick as I would

be proud to contribute on the Kawhia Community Board if elected.

Tēnā koutou katoa!

My name is Hano Waikato Ormsby and I reside in Kāwhia. Together with my wife, Hinga, we have three adult children, along with three grandchildren.

My background, with over 43 years experience is in the forestry industry.
Jointly Hinga and I have successfully run our own business ‘King Country Forest Services’ for over fifteen years. King Country Forest Services, presently manage forest blocks in Taranaki; Waingaro; Whatawhata; Waipara and Riverhead.
I have been a trustee on Pukenui school BOT; former president of the Te Kuiti Rugby Club; former chair of COGS (Maniapoto branch) and currently contracted as manager of Tainui-Kāwhia forest. I am active in local Marae and enjoy wood-chopping, rugby and recreational fishing.
I am dedicated to ensuring that the Kāwhia community has a strong voice to advocate on those issues that directly impact on our small coastal community.

Kia ora tātou katoa!
